Recruiting a Healthcare Executive

When medical companies generate a lot of cash flow, just like any other company, executive compensation goes up. Top healthcare executives can expect to earn anywhere from $2 million to $4 million dollars a year in salary alone. Some feel that this number is exhorbanant when you look at the state of nationwide healthcare today.

However, good executive teams for large health care providers, insurance companies, etc., bring significant returns to shareholders, members, and employees. Bottomline, they are worth the salaries they command if a demonstratable path of success can be proven.

Depending if your firm is a public company or not, may affect the compensation you offer to top management. Usually, on top of competitive salaries, executives are offered performance-based compensation in the form of bonuses, along with stock options.

These columns form new healthy tissue naturally, resulting in an improved skin appearance. And it is not just for the face.
